Colleen Hinds-Rodgers combines her background in Chemical Engineering with over 17 years of experience in education to champion equitable STEM learning for marginalized students. As a former National Director of STEM for the country's largest teacher leadership and development non-profit, she has driven systemic change through in-service development and fostering curricular literacy. A Harvard University advanced educational leadership program graduate, Colleen holds a doctorate in education from Johns Hopkins University. She is passionate about the work of disrupting cycles of math trauma for students by improving mathematical mindsets and efficacy for early career teachers.

Chief Operating Officer

Reshma Ramkellawan-Arteaga has dedicated over 14 years to improving educational outcomes as a teacher, school leader, and instructional coach. With expertise in English Language Arts and Humanities, she has worked across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to support educators in implementing culturally responsive and student-centered practices. Reshma holds a Doctorate in English Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a staunch advocate for disruptive practices that empower learners.

Jacobe Bell brings over 15 years of experience as a National Board Certified Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Network Administrator in both public and charter sectors. Passionate about creating equitable learning environments, Jacobe specializes in empowering educators to build culturally inclusive classrooms where all students thrive. Currently pursuing her doctorate at Teachers College, Columbia University, Jacobe is committed to humanizing education and dismantling systemic barriers to success.
